Im not too sure if anything is wrong or not, weather Im eating / drinking enough or not.
I used to skip breakfast almost all the time.. eating mcdonalds on my break (as thats where i work) and then have a cooked dinner in the evening if I worked early.
But for the last 2 weeks I have changed my routine, I have been making sure I get up early enough so I can have breakfast.. I have made myself paccked lunch which consisted of a sandwich, a yoghurt and a piece of fruit. Also, I take with me a 1.5L / 2l Bottle of water.
I also take a fresh orange juice and a fruit bag for my break (from work).
And I have been walking to work for the last 2 weeks too instead of driving.
My day currently consists of this… Up at 4am.. make a bowl of cereal (shredded wheat normally), make my packed lunch.. walk to work.. eat my packed lunch on my break and then when I get home.. around 2 -3Pm i have another sandwich as a late lunch.. then later on, I have my cooked meal which is normally meat with 2 veggies and potatoes, or another dish like pasta, rice with added in veg plus extra veg on the side.
So far that Is what its been like for the last 2 weeks, but I have not noticed a difference in myself.. with size, alertness ect.
It seems like it is going the opposite way.. or nothings happening at all.
Sometimes, around 8 - 9am I start to feel empty and hungry.
Am I doing this healthy lifestyle business right or what?
I currently don’t do any other form of exercise yet, I will be hiring a concept2 rower hopefully very soon so I can start exercising.
I hope someone can shed some light.
